The first training course with regard to High EQ and Communication, held by HR department this year, made its delivery in Novotel Atlantis Shanghai on the morning of April 26th, which attracted nearly 30 employees to engage in.

As the company culture of caring, CFETS-NEX has always cared about its staff physically and mentally. The course was chosen to help employees develop good communication and other social performances by improving their EQ. A lot of EQ knowledge, tests and class activities were given to build a highly interact learning environment with each other during lecture.

Ms. Zhang Xiaofang, certificated FPA coacher, said, “To get ahead in the world and lead a happy successful life means getting on with other people and being able to understand and react to situations in the best way possible, this requires a high EQ, the higher the better”.
