On 23 August, over ten CFETS-NEX employees made their way to Shanghai Oriental Land to attend a two-day training called “Train to be a trainer”. The course invited Tony Xu, a professional coacher from CIIC to give lectures.

The whole team was divided into two groups on the first day. In the course, Tony Xu gave some tips on being a mentor and employees also exchanged their views. The class enjoyed a warm atmosphere. At the end, two groups were asked to show what they designed according to the MECE Principle learned from the class.

The activity of dragon boats arranged on 24 August brought employees tighter. Staffs united as one to reach the destination.
