CFETS-NEX believes that company's development is based on staff and we hope every employee can get long-term development opportunities. The company offers different promotion channels. In the professional channel, brokers with different educational backgrounds and work experience bears different levels of responsibilities. With the upgrading of professional capacity and personal growth, these professional brokers can continue to accumulate experience in the professional channel, and ultimately gain improvements of occupational skills. For those employees having management potentials, we also encourage them to utilize their abilities to foster the development of the company. CFETS-NEX creates promotion opportunities internally to inspire talented employees, who are pursuing long-term career development within the organization. For those with leadership potentials, management responsibilities are also assigned to further motivate loyalty and diligence at work.

CFETS-NEX built up a young and energetic team of brokers and management. By now, the number of CFETS-NEX staff is over 200 with undergraduate or above degrees accounts for as high as 99%, one fouth of which has overseas education background. The company has set up rigorous recruitment system and internal promotion policy, stressing the importance of performance appraisal and competency assessment, which has gained wide attention and recognition in the industry for many years.

Training Programs

CFETS-NEX provides each new employee comprehensive orientation and trainings to develop a lasting relationship with the company. We have an experienced team of professional brokers to mentor each new employee with trainings of professional knowledge. For existing employees, the company provides a range of growth opportunities, which include in house trainings and team buildings, to improve their professionalism and enhance overall competency of the organization. Employees are also encouraged to study further in work-related areas, which is financially supported by company upon approval.

Clubs

In order to encourage employees to work in a pleasant state and to lead a healthy life, CFETS-NEX Labor Union has founded several arts and physical clubs which not only help facilitate communication between colleagues, but also help build stronger organizational culture.

Physical Clubs

There’re several clubs like running club, basketball club, badminton club, football club, tennis club which provide each staff at least one access to sports every week. By organizing the clubs, CFETS-NEX promote an active lifestyle and cultivate their identify with the concept of balanced life.

Art Clubs

To improve its people’s art taste and enrich their spare life, CFETS-NEX established several art clubs like band club,drama club, photography club, and Texas Poker club to help the staff get closer to each other, relax themselves and improve their cultural accomplishment which leads to enjoy themselves under the high pressure working environment.
